Where we recognize that it takes courage to make the call to begin the therapy process. It takes courage to share your story, courage to be challenged, courage to make the changes in your life so that you can have the courage and strength to heal.

Who we are

Therapeutic approaches include, but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

Special interests include: trauma, substance use, recovery, life adjustment challenges, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, spirituality, grief and LGBT+.

Renee appreciates the opportunity to help her clients live their best life by taking time to heal and grow.  When Renee is not in the therapy office, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs, being outside around a campfire, reading a good book, cooking, camping and spending time creating beautiful things.
