MEET YOUR THERAPIST
Renee Rumler, LPCC
Renee is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Arizona, Indiana, and Ohio with more than five years of experience helping adults, teens, and families work through some of life's hardest moments. She works with individuals, couples, and families age 12 and up, and is advanced-trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma, alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness.
There are seasons where things feel stuck — confusion, hurt, loneliness, a hard transition, or a past that won't stay in the past. Coping with it alone can feel like too much. Renee's approach starts by meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment, and helping you take the next right step toward healing.
